Zotero Connector error

I did everything. I uninstalled Zotero from my computer. Then I reinstalled it. I uninstalled Zoteroconnector and then reinstalled it. I turned my computer on and off, but unfortunately, the Zotero Connector cannot embed the website in any of my files within the Zotero program. When I click the Zotero Connector add-on, nothing happens. The add-on doesn't appear as a "Z" but as a file and a page. Can you help me, please?
