Upgrade StorageUnable to export all PDFs from a Folder in My Collection

I am having the same issue as has previously been reported in Zotero 7 @dstillman.
I have a folder in Zotero with 293 PDFs (none greyed out, all available as I pay for storage within Zotero). When I go to export the 293 files from the folder I only get 108. The number changes depending on the export. I've tried several times. Sometimes I'll get 118, 173, 108, never the full 293. Are you able to assist?

adamsmithAre you sure you are waiting long enough? Exporting PDFs with annotations just takes some time without an obvious progress indicator

sharonrosenrauchYes Adam. I'll wait for up to an hour. After a certain point the number doesn't change.
