Hello dear Zotero community, unfortunately, I have a problem with the Word plugin. I have installed everything correctly and added my sources. In Word, everything looks normal as well — when I try to add a citation, the bar to select the source appears. However, when I press “Enter” to insert the citation, the bar turns green, but nothing happens. Restarting hasn’t helped either. It fails every time at the point of inserting the citation.
