Insert problem

Hello dear Zotero community, unfortunately, I have a problem with the Word plugin. I have installed everything correctly and added my sources. In Word, everything looks normal as well — when I try to add a citation, the bar to select the source appears. However, when I press “Enter” to insert the citation, the bar turns green, but nothing happens. Restarting hasn’t helped either. It fails every time at the point of inserting the citation. Thank you for your help!
