Zotero not connecting.

This is the error code:1350681353
What fixes are available? This occurred after updating. I have removed and reinstalled, but that was not help.

The error I am receiving is "Word could not communicate with Zotero. Please ensure Zotero is running and try again. If this problem persists, see https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_troubleshooting

(Note that you're providing a Report ID from the Zotero Connector, which has nothing to do with this.)
