How can I cancel the auto-smoothness of my ink annotations?
When writing ink annotation at PC, each stroke will be smoothed automatically, which makes it hard to write non-Latin characters. Is there any way to close this auto-smoothing function? Thanks.
Here is an example using Zotero beta 8 /windows11 for the difference between using inking in MS-EDGE (Top circled) and built-in Zotero inking. The strokes are less comprehensible in the latter probably due to auto-smoothing.

I have tried using xp-pen tablet and EMR Wacom Laptop (both directly on an old x230 and through software as Superdisplay/Spacedesk and an attached galaxy tab with spen) and the results are similar.
If it is possible to have an option to disable auto-smoothing this might help (I had similar issues when enabling auto-smoothing in other pdf annotation apps such as pdf annotator).
There are possible workarounds as mentioned before by using other programs for inking while adding other annotations by Zotero simultaneously, but having direct better inking experience in Zotero will be much easier.

Thank you for all your great and highly considerate efforts

The changes are quite similar to those observed in Zotero (as noted in the previous post), leading @FuhanD and me to believe that the auto-smoothing feature may be partially responsible for the issue.
