Number of Items not syncing??

I have a collection with another colleague and we recently imported files into Zotero. On calculation, we were supposed to have 2271 files in the collection. My colleague has that many, but it shows up as 2269 for me, meaning 2 files have not synced or uploaded. Is there any way to find out why, and to compare the two and figure out which ones have not come up in mine? We both work in the exact same collection so I'm not sure why its not showing up for me. Is it because the file type might be different?

    You'd have to identify the items, and them your colleague should try making a change to the two items, and then see the last step on Changes Not Syncing. Making any change to the items might cause them to sync. (They should obviously sync regardless, but at this point that would be the thing to try at this point.)

    To identify the items quickly, you can both sort by Title and select from the first item to an item in the middle of the alphabet, and then compare the count of selected items. If it's the same, the missing items are in the other set. If it's different, the missing items are in that set. Continue halving the relevant set until you find the missing items. It'll take ~10 steps.
