Number of Items not syncing??

I have a collection with another colleague and we recently imported files into Zotero. On calculation, we were supposed to have 2271 files in the collection. My colleague has that many, but it shows up as 2269 for me, meaning 2 files have not synced or uploaded. Is there any way to find out why, and to compare the two and figure out which ones have not come up in mine? We both work in the exact same collection so I'm not sure why its not showing up for me. Is it because the file type might be different?
