While it may not help, start by updating to the current version of Zotero — you're on a version from December.
Beyond that, is this an institutional computer? Are you running any non-standard security software? For some reason Zotero isn't able to delete folders within the data directory.
Hello! No, this isn't an institutional computer and i'm not running any other security sofftware besides the standart windows security. I have already updated zotero and the problem stills. I'm going to keep searching about similar issues in the forum, Thanks! P.S.
