Why is there no direct support for Zotero?

I posted something over a week ago about a "cannot save item" message I got when trying to save items in the ATLA Religion database (through EBSCO). I can save from result lists on other sites just fine, and the ATLA was working for the first few days I used Zotero. I have upgraded both Zotero and Firefox as instructed in the documentation. No response to my query, so it appears I'm stuck - ?

    I am having an issue with re-indexing a full-text-search on a pre-existant collection. I posted two related and detailed bugs on this problem (which seems of general interest) several weeks ago and have not gotten any response yet. I guess I am also stuck.
