Zotero7关闭之后文献全不见

使用的Zotero7版本，重启软件之后，之前建立的分类，导入的文献都消失，类似回档一样，在存储位置使用更改bak文件名尝试恢复，打开的仍然是操作之前的软件
想问下：1、是什么原因导致我进行的操作没有保存；2、为什么最新的bak文件也没有保存我进行的操作。
PS：这个问题不是第一次出现，之前丢失的文献比较少，这次几乎丢失一整个方向的最新文献

Usually this is due to accidentally deleting Zotero database files (zotero.sqlite) while trying to clear disk space.

I did not delete any Zotero base files, I just exit Zotero and reopen it and find nothing saved.
This situation occurs randomly. Sometimes, after I exit the software, my documents are still saved, but other times, nothing is left.

Then something on your computer is deleting or reverting your database. We'd need the information requested in the linked section to say more.

There are two zotero.sqlite.BAK files in the Zotero folder. One of them is zotero.sqlite.bak, and the other is zotero.sqlite.1.bak. The modification date of the latter is earlier than that of the former, and I have not made any changes to the bak files.
I didn't see the link you mentioned. Could you please post it again?

I do not see only 1 MB or 5 MB zotero.sqlite files, as can be seen in screenshot1 in e-mail

Unless they contain private information, you can just add screenshots here. If they do contain private info, send them to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread.
