D805755358: date misinterpreted as 15:00:00 +0100 +0100

https://postgresql.life/post/dan_langille/ is visibly dated:

21.09.2020

When saved as embedded metadata, the result is:

15:00:00 +0100 +0100

I guess, this is an edge case. Can it be fixed? Too edgy?

Zotero Connector 5.0.174, Zotero 7.0.21 (64-bit) on Kubuntu 25.04.
  • This is in the site header:
    <meta property="article:published_time" content="2020-09-21 15:00:00 +0100 +0100">
    Needless to say, that's obviously not a way to represent a date/time stamp and I'm not surprised Zotero stumbles in trying to parse that. They should fix this on the site, I don't think it's worth Zotero trying to guess incorrectly formatted date/times.
  • Thanks, I was also looking at

    <time datetime=2020-09-21T15:00:00+01:00>21.09.2020</time>
