Zotero android

When I add large files to zotero desktop they don't synch on my android, as in they do not download, I cannot open them, but they appear in then window.
If I add it to zotero on my phone it appears in the desktop version and I can open it up no problem.

Any ideas?

    Sorry, that was entirely wrong.

    I tried larger files and they synch quite well no matter where I add them.

    So, in android, when I long click on the file and select Retrieve Metadata I get "File not found", what did I do and how do I fix that.

    But is your question actually about Retrieve Metadata, or do you just mean you can't open the file on Android? If the latter, see Files Not Syncing.

    I would like to open the file with all urs metadata.
    I tried selecting download but that didn't work.

    Sorry, I don't know what you mean here. Can you provide some screenshots that illustrate the problem?
