It shows you how to install a new style in Zotero. You can either click on "Emerald - Harvard" (which is a link). It will offer you either to install the style in Zotero or to download the CSL file (depending on how your web browser is configured). In the latter case, you need to use the Zotero Style Manager to install the downloaded CSL file.
But the easiest is to directly use the Zotero Style Manager from Zotero, search Emerald - Harvard in "Get additional styles..." (see image below) then click on the style to install it.
