an issue with the Zotero Connector

Hi, I'm experiencing an issue with the Zotero Connector. The “Save to Zotero” button stays greyed out on many sites, including this one:
https://econtent.hogrefe.com/doi/10.1027/1864-1105/a000381
Clicking the icon does nothing, and there’s no popup asking “Is Zotero Running?”. However, Zotero is running, and visiting http://127.0.0.1:23119/connector/ping returns “Zotero is running”.
Here’s what I’ve tried:
Restarted both Zotero and the browser
Reinstalled the Connector
Disabled all other extensions
Checked extension permissions
Made sure Zotero is open before clicking the button
Nothing changes – the Connector remains inactive.
System details (please see below, or let me know what else is needed):
– OS: Windows 11
– Browser: Edge 125.0.2535.51
– Zotero version: 7.0.15 (64-bit)
– Zotero Connector version: 5.0.165
Is this a known issue with Hogrefe’s site, or is there something else I should try?
I’m happy to provide a Debug ID if needed—just let me know what steps to perform for logging.
Thank you!
You should get the Embedded Metadata translator on that page, though. See Troubleshooting Problems Saving to Zotero.

I described it wrong, sorry. Please look at these pictures
Edge has been updated to 版本 137.0.3296.68 (正式版本) (64 位)
But you still should be getting the Embedded Metadata translator first on this page, and I do. You should reset your translators as explained on the troubleshooting page, and in general follow those steps to the end if you're still having trouble.
1) I'm getting EM as the default translator here and I think that's right
2) The list of articles provided by the DOI translator isn't right -- they should include (and do for me) the actual article this is from
So yes, a debug ID that covers loading the page and then clicking the translator button/folder would be helpful.
