Can't open the web zotero nor the local one

    Have you tried with all browser add-ons disabled (for testing, so yes, also disable essential add-ons)?

    When you go to the web library and see this error, could you please open your browser console, paste the following code, and then share the output here?

    localStorage.getItem('zotero-web-library-prefs')
