Hello I went to this page https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0016328717300046#sec0030 and wanted to import the save metadata and pdf to my zotero library. So I clicked on the save to zotero icon. Unfortunately what I get is this:

The error I get on zotero preferences is:

I am connected with VPN of school, so I have access to the paper. I got the same problem also with other papers
