cannot save articles from PubMed

  • cannot save articles from PubMed, in using Chrome and Edge
  • Can you provide an example URL and Debug ID from the Zotero Connector for reloading the page and trying to save?
  • I can only using Save to zotero (Web page with Snapshot), ID: 635276572

It is not a debug ID (please see the linked page in dstillman's message). And you did not provide an example URL as requested.
  • this is the debug ID:D1917524771, the url I use is https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/39732955/
  • That's from Zotero, not the Zotero Connector.

But you have plugins installed that modify translators. You should disable all plugins, reset translators from the Advanced → Files and Folders section of the Zotero settings, reload the page in your browser, and try again.
  • There is no difference under the operation according to the steps you
gave, and this is a Debug ID of zotero connector: D1812039412, and this is the url I used before: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/39732955/
  • Sorry, one more step: go to the Advanced pane of the Zotero Connector preferences and click Reset Translators. (Your plugins should still be disabled in Zotero.) You still have non-standard translators in the Connector.
  • D422148387.no difference.
  • You still have non-standard translators.

Make sure you've 1) disabled all plugins in Zotero, 2) restarted Zotero, 3) reset translators from the Advanced → Files and Folders section of the Zotero settings, and then 4) reset translators in the Zotero Connector.
  • And if that doesn't work, you should go to your Zotero data directory, delete the 'translators' folder outright, and then restart Zotero (still with all plugins disabled).
  • It worked, thank you very much.
