Can you provide an example URL and Debug ID from the Zotero Connector for reloading the page and trying to save?

It is not a debug ID (please see the linked page in dstillman's message). And you did not provide an example URL as requested.

That's from Zotero, not the Zotero Connector.

But you have plugins installed that modify translators. You should disable all plugins, reset translators from the Advanced → Files and Folders section of the Zotero settings, reload the page in your browser, and try again.

There is no difference under the operation according to the steps you
gave, and this is a Debug ID of zotero connector: D1812039412, and this is the url I used before: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/39732955/

Sorry, one more step: go to the Advanced pane of the Zotero Connector preferences and click Reset Translators. (Your plugins should still be disabled in Zotero.) You still have non-standard translators in the Connector.

Make sure you've 1) disabled all plugins in Zotero, 2) restarted Zotero, 3) reset translators from the Advanced → Files and Folders section of the Zotero settings, and then 4) reset translators in the Zotero Connector.

And if that doesn't work, you should go to your Zotero data directory, delete the 'translators' folder outright, and then restart Zotero (still with all plugins disabled).
