cant cite in google docs

I have problem with my zotero, every time I try to connect my zotero in my google docs its always frozen, after I try to refresh my google docs the citation written "updating". its always like this, please help me. here is the debug ID: D1605235553. I use chrome with version 134.0.6998.118

    oh yeah I'm sorry, I have done what you told me to do on my previous thread, and it worked. but the problem is comes again today

    Could you describe step-by-step what happens in your browser when you attempt to cite? If you right-click the Zotero Connector plugin in your browser, is the setting for "This can read and change site data" enabled for all sites?

    my browser started to automatically scroll the pages from the first page of my document when I tried to cite. and yes my zotero connector plugin is already on "this can read and change site data enabled for all sites"

    One of the citations in your document have been turned into a single character, most likely a ".". You should find it and delete it manually. If you cannot, try following the Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents steps.

    hi, sorry for the late response. Can you provide an example of the citation converted into a single character? is it in the title or the author's names?

    A citation in your document that was previously inserted based on your citation style like "(Smith, 2000)" "[1]" or similar now appears as a single character in your document. If you provide a Debug ID from Zotero for an attempt to cite when this happens, we should be able to tell you what this citations previously appeared as.

    We need a Debug ID that contains an attempt to insert a citation that triggers this behaviour. No need to restart with debugging enabled. Read the linked page for instructions.
