cant cite in google docs

I have problem with my zotero, every time I try to connect my zotero in my google docs its always frozen, after I try to refresh my google docs the citation written "updating". its always like this, please help me

Restart Zotero and refresh Google Docs. Then provide a Debug ID from Zotero for an attempt to insert a citation.

Could you describe step-by-step what happens in your browser when you attempt to cite? If you right-click the Zotero Connector plugin in your browser, is the setting for "This can read and change site data" enabled for all sites?
