PDFs not downloading

I recently installed Zotero on a new MacBook Air (M3 2024). My library synced, however I am now missing all my PDFs.

Any ideas?

Thank you, I checked everything but issue not resolved (although I am still to try the Reset option).

On my new device, I get the message 'publisher' is not a valid field for type 'attachment'. Any ideas what this may be?
