Group Library Invitations Not Sent

Hello, I invited 8 people to join a group library I created but all 8 are saying they did not receive the invitation. They checked their spam/junk folders as well as their inboxes.

    Your institution's mail server is blocking mail from either the Amazon cloud mail service or Zotero specifically:
    smtp; 550 5.4.1 Recipient address rejected: Access denied. [SJ1PEPF00002316.namprd03.prod.outlook.com 2025-02-19T18:31:03.189Z 08DD4FFE7BB16CBB]”
    You'll need to talk to your IT department to figure out why.
