I can't find bibliography

I installed Zotero on my Mac and has been trying to use it to add bibliography without success. When I go to CITE from settings, it says the Microsoft add-in is not currently installed. and when I try to click 'install microsoft add in, it is not highlighted so can't run.

Can someone assist me please?

    I'm not sure what you mean by that. It's just a button, and it should never be disabled.

    Can you provide a Debug ID for trying to install?
