Hello, I am working with Zotero in a Word document in which I have inserted numerous references. However, adding a bibliography does not work. The error message “You must insert a citation before performing this operation” appears. If I now insert a new citation, it also appears in the bibliography. However, when I close the Word document and reopen it, the error message appears again. Does anyone know what to do?
