Zotero Word plugin does not work properly

Since the last update, the Word plugin does not generate automatic search and proposal when typing an author for exemple. A small "running" sign appears on the right and nothing is generated. I reinstalled everything and restarted the computer. It worked for one day, but today it is back to the previous state.

Any idea what the problem is ?

    Can you provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup through reproducing this (in a new document, assuming it still occurs there), using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option?

    Hi. Thank you for your help. I did not know the system producing Debud Id. Thank you for this.

    This morning, I am not able to reproduce the problem. Once it happens again, I will generate a Debug ID.

    I am on Mac OS.

    The problem happens when the Zotero main window is reduced. Everything works properly when the wind is fully open in the background, but as long at the Zotero window is reduced in the dock, the Zotero Word plug-in is not bale to find the references.
