Upgrade StorageSync not working from my Macbook air
Hi The sync is not working from my Macbook air to the central online system. My other computer is syncing to online.
On my Macbook air I have disabled my Avant which make the sync work last time, but this time it is just giving me a timing out error. I have put many files into the zotero on my air that I would very much like to not loose.
If you could help that would be great.

KRPKRP88I have unsynced it but now it will not accept the password it is timing out. The password work on all my other computers which are connected to the online database

dstillman Zotero TeamA timeout is a problem with your network connection. See Connection Error, but beyond that you'd have to debug this yourself.
