Sync error

Tried to sync files using zotero storage with work pc's however following erros encoutered. Thanks for the help

    Tried in another comp, current error ->

    zotero storage syncs fine with my mac but still having problem when using windows 7 in another comp. Have already disabled northon add ons in firefox.
