Quick Question about Translated Articles in Zotero CMOS

Hello,

Per the latest Chicago Manual of Style, section 14.99, a citation of an article read in another language with its English transliteration...

Should read:
W. Kern, "Waar verzamelde Pigafetta zijn Maleise woorden?" [Where did Pigafetta collect his Malaysian words?], Tijdschrift voor Indische taallanden volkenkunde 78 (1938): 272.

Currently reads:
W. Kern, "Waar verzamelde Pigafetta zijn Maleise woorden? [Where did Pigafetta collect his Malaysian words?]," Tijdschrift voor Indische taallanden volkenkunde 78 (1938): 272.

You will note that the close quotes come after the English transliteration.

This was done in Zotero with the following settings:
Type: Journal Article
Title: Waar verzamelde Pigafetta zijn Maleise woorden? [Where did Pigafetta collect his Malaysian words?)]

I tried to fix this using the EXTRA field and typing "original-title", but it didn't work which makes me think that Zotero CMOS for articles is not synced up to the Extra field?

Is there a way to do this without editing the code, and apologies if the answer is obvious!

Thank you so much.
