Upgrade Storagezotero experienced error updating document
Hello, i've been experiencing this issue where whenever i try to add a citation in the word document, the file freezes for a bit and then shuts down with this message popping up "zotero experienced error updating document, would you like to view troubleshooting instructions?". For your knowledge, i've been enjoying Zotero for a while now with no issue but this one appeared suddenly and doesn't seem to go away even after doing everything in the troubleshooting instructions

dstillmanedited 3 days agoThe last step in the troubleshooting instructions explains how to isolate the problem. Unless it still happens when you completely delete the contents of the document (in a copy of the file), you haven't done everything there.
