Blurry PDF at some zoom levels in version 7.0.11
I updated to version 7.0.11 (64-bit) on Linux and noticed that a certain PDF is blurry when the zoom level is set to "Zoom to Page Height".

I also found that the problem occurs with a number of PDFs (but not all of them). Here's another one:
https://comptes-rendus.academie-sciences.fr/mathematique/item/10.1016/j.crma.2008.03.014.pdf
The problem also seems to occur with a lot of IEEE Transactions articles as well.
1. Zoom to page height (this is blurry).
2. Check Split Horizontally.
3. Uncheck Split Hoizontally.
The page is no longer blurry. However, if I then Zoom to page width and then Zoom to page height, the page is blurry again.

However, I'm still experiencing this in 7.0.11 and 7.0.12-beta.1+31bbf2acf (64-bit) on Linux.

The below examples show blurry versions when initially using Zoom to Page Height. If I then check and then uncheck Split Horizontally, the text becomes clear:

I have perfectly fine fonts at 100%, 125%, 150% and 200%. Everything else becomes various levels of blurriness. Same for firefox and zotero. Now the PDFs render worse on my high PPI screen than on a regular 96 PPI one.
I just noticed that the problem appears to be fixed in version 7.0.15, but still exists in 7.1-beta.24+929147b33.
I believe 7.0.15 has this patch.

When using Odd Spreads and Zoom to Page Width:
7.1-beta.48:

The checking/unchecking Split Horizontally no longer does anything for me. Simply using Odd Spreads with Zoom to Page Width results in blurry text for several PDFs.
If I use No Spreads, then the text is clear.
