That's fine, but then I don't know what the storage folder is doing on your WebDAV server. The dates are from March, so it's possible you were using a custom location pointing at your cloud storage folder back then or you just made a backup of your data directory on there. You can check the date of the zotero.sqlite file in the parent folder of 'storage' on your WebDAV server to see when the database is from. If that's a backup, that's fine, but otherwise you should delete that whole folder containing zotero.sqlite on your WebDAV server to avoid future confusion.

In any case, you don't appear have your active data directory in cloud storage, so we can go back to the other issue.

  • I reloaded this file in the Developer Tools, but still couldn't find it.

Click on the Network tab, with the wifi symbol. (If you make your window wider it should show the tab labels.)

  • Where can I open my WebDAV server? This image shows the Zotero-related folder. I was worried about Zotero running out of memory before, so I did some operations to increase the memory, but I have forgotten what I did.

We can't help you with browsing files on your WebDAV server, sorry — that's obviously something you'd have to know how to do. The above folder is your local data directory. Don't touch that.

  • You have to reload the page while that tab is open.
  • The "storage 文献储存" and "zotero" folders above were added by me.

  • Let's stick to the original issue — this is too confusing.

If you have questions about your data directory, please start a new thread, but again, you're showing a screenshot of your active local data directory. There's no problem with that. The problem was just that you also apparently have a copy of your data directory on your WebDAV server for some reason.

  • I found it!
  • Thank you very much! So how do I solve this problem
  • That shows you loading this forum page, not the ZIP URL.
  • I'm a little confused about how to solve the problem I'm having with zotero, can you remotely control it?thanks!!
  • Are you still there? So how can I solve this problem? Thank you!

And no, there is no remote control by the Zotero staff. They will ask for a Report ID or a Debug ID when necessary.
  • Oh, thank you! But can you tell me how to solve this problem?
  • You can try tapping back to the libraries view and going to settings -> Local Storage -> Delete All Attachment Files, and then trying to download that file again.
  • I just tried it, but it still shows an error.
  • Can you run Delete All Attachment Files again and then provide another Debug ID for trying to download the file?

So that's correct — the file doesn't exist on the WebDAV server.

What was happening before was a bug, but this is just the expected message if the file doesn't exist. See Files Not Syncing.
  • Thank you! But how could this happen? How can I resolve this?
  • See the link, which explains how to troubleshoot this.

May I ask why I click the sync button, there is no error, but it shows that I sync two days ago? Instead of just synchronizing?
  • I’m not sure what you mean by that. What sync button? Can you show a screenshot?
  • Also, do you remember whether you uploaded that missing attachment from iOS (iPhone or iPad) or web or desktop Zotero client?

I see in your previous logs that you have some pending uploads and internal issues on the iOS app, but it looks like your WebDAV server was having issues before, so that may be the cause.
  • That attachment was previously captured from the web and then saved to the Zotero client, and it can be opened without any issues in the Zotero client.
  • It was captured from web, but on which client? Desktop or iOS?
  • Desktop,I consulted with the Nut Cloud customer service and followed their instructions. The result showed that the WebDAV settings are fine, so the issue should be with Zotero.
