Zotero Portable version
I used the zotero 7 (64bit, zip) for some time. when I copied the directory with the "%APPDATA% and %LOCALAPPDATA%" to another computer, I can find the plugins in the plugin manager, but without any icon. What's worse, all the plugin settings couldnot be found in the setting page. I think, the portable method of VScode or GoldenDict is perfect. If we make a directory with assigned name, such as profile, content, the settings would located in the assigned dirctory.
"you should have the same settings" the settings of the plugins is the same, because after I install the plugin in new computer, all the settings appeared again, including some secret key.
This is the plugin manager after I copied to a new computer

Last time, all the plugins lost the icon in plugin manager or the setting page. This time, the icon and the entry of gpt was kept.
I don't know if it is a bug? or, if you can make the settings in the main directory as the portable vscode?
Thank you again!
If you disable and re-enable them, do the icons reappear?
Can you clarify what the issue is in the settings? Are you not seeing settings panes for plugins that you should be seeing?
I tried many times to disable and re-enable plugins, the icons or the entry in setting page didnot reappear.
Yes, your are right. Many plugins should configure the in setting page, just like GPT in the picture I provided. But all the configure entry of the plugins couldnot be found in the setting page (In fact, I tried many times, only the GPT entry exist in this attempt). And I am sure the configures of the plugins were exist because all the configures reappear after I reinstall the plugins.
I think, Maybe, there is something wrong for Zotero to read the configure files.
Thank you again. Your work is great!
