Problems storage upgrade

I have just upgraded my storage plan (20$). However, it did not get upgraded according to my payment. I also haven't received any payment receipt per email. How can I check if the payment and upgrade was successful?

  • Generally if a payment has been made your storage will update almost immediately in your storage settings, and you'll have a link to "View Receipts" at the top of your storage settings page after you refresh. You would also receive an email from our payment processor.

  • I'm having a similar issue. I sent through my payment details, have been refreshing to get the upgrade but nothing is changing. Having a look at my CC transactions, it doesn't look like the transaction actually made it through. Can this be check on the backend please?
  • I'm having an issue as well. I upgraded and there is a note that says the upgrade will take effect when I confirm my order, but I haven't received anything by email to confirm.
  • That message is about confirmation on the page (and depending on your payment method, may also redirect your browser to the website for your bank or other payment provider in order to confirm).

    After you submit your payment details, it uses your address to calculate possible sales tax that need to be charged, then you need to confirm the purchase once it shows the total amount that will be charged.
  • Hmmm…I must have missed something. I’m not sure that the system will let me start again, but I will try.
