Invoice Request

Good Day,

I am requesting an invoice/receipt from my past two purchases. I wonder if my University email marked the email receipts as spam because I never received anything. I looked at a few other similar forum posts and users mentioned that invoices can be viewed at https://www.zotero.org/settings/storage/invoice however that link does not appear to work for me.

  • Try with a different browser? The link should definitely work if you're logged in with an account that paid for storage (do make sure that's the case)
  • I am logged in with an account that paid for storage. Apparently I did receive an email re: an invoice because I found it in my spam quarantine folder, but unfortunately I can't access the original contents.

    Anyways, the link I posted takes me directly to: https://www.zotero.org/settings/storage

    I've tried both Chrome and Internet explorer to no avail. Can anyone help?

  • I have same problem, at the https://www.zotero.org/settings/storage/invoice there is only receipt, not the invoice. This document is not enough for our accountant.
  • I have the same problem. How to get the monthly invoice? The one time receipt is not enough for our accountant. Can I just delete my account and stop my credit card payment?
  • All Zotero storage subscriptions are annual. There are no monthly charges (so of course there are no invoices either).

    As of a few months ago, we include all recent payments for the account's personal storage subscription in the storage settings (View Receipts). These are payment receipts/paid invoices.

    If there is something that is commonly available on invoices that is not included and make it not sufficient for your purposes, we'd be happy to hear about that. However, these are general purpose invoices for a global user base, and we're unlikely to be able to accommodate requests for requirements specific to a particular country.

    For Lab subscriptions, we also now make invoices available from the Lab's management page.
