Zotero blocked with the "Loading items" message

  • Hello, I am facing the same problem. I imported a new paper and Zotero blocked with the "Loading items" message also reported on other discussions. Re-starting Zotero or the computer did not improve the problem.
    My report ID is 1600460908. Zotero version 7.0.6
    Please could someone help, thanks in advance.

    Can you go to your Zotero profile folder and send the session.json file to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread?
