some problem trying to use RTF Scan

Hi there. I have been facing some problem trying to use RTF Scan. The feature recognizes some (but not all) of my citations, even if they look like the examples in https://www.zotero.org/support/rtf_scan. But I realized something interesting: on the one hand, RTF Scan recognized only the citations that were typed in another application and then pasted into my RTF file, including the examples from the RTF Scan page previously mentioned; on the other hand, it ignored all citations that I typed directly in the RTF file.

I am having exactly the same problem. Cut-and-paste citations scan fine. Drag-and-drop citations scan fine. Manually-typed citations are not recognized at all. Never had this problem with Zotero 6.

@victormpalma, @agr4439: Can you send a document in which you can reproduce this to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread? Let us know in the email which citations are working and which aren't.
