ALL plugins are disabled after upgrading to Zotero 7. How can I re-enable them?

All my installed plugins are disabled after upgrading to Zotero 7, and I can't find a way to re-enable any of them. Is this by-design??

I tried manually updating all plugins but none of them work.

All Zotero plugins needs to be adapted to Zotero 7. I have to tell you that ZotFile and Zutilo are abandoned. Zotmove and Attanger replaces ZotFile. Actions & Tags plugin replaces Zutilo partly. You should check them out.
I also suggest you to install Zotero-Addons first to manage all your plugins. Good luck with the migration!

Yes, that is another plugin with the ability to list and install other plugins.

I need to access all settings/preferences of all plugins. Is it possible to temporarily revert back to Zotero 6 without messing up the database?

Updating Zutilo for Zotero v7 is apparently still underway.

Better Bibtex plugin has been compatible for a long time. Just reinstall it fresh. Some old versions were failing to update. The current version is 6.7.235.

As tim820 said, some plugins are not adapted to Zotero 7.

OK. Now I think I need to temporarily revert back to Zotero v6.

Since I use the portable version https://portableapps.com/apps/office/zotero-portable (release history: https://sourceforge.net/projects/portableapps/files/Zotero Portable/ and dev history https://github.com/pedrom34/ZoteroPortable-dev-repo/releases), I can easily overwrite the app files of v7 by those of v6, without touching or affecting any of the data such database files *.sqlite and preferences, thanks to PortableApps.com's portablization mechanism that separates app files from data files.

However, after reverting back to v6 in this way, and if I launch it, will it mess up the database files such as zotero.sqlite, or mess up the settings/preferences? Or in other words, has Zotero v7 changed the database's architecture/format/layout/etc., such that after upgrading to Zotero 7, the database itself also gets upgraded and is no longer compatible with Zotero v6?

@testplayer: That has nothing to do with using a portable version — the application files and the data files are always separate. And you can switch back and forth between Zotero 6 and 7 with the same data at any time.

@dstillman: thanks for your confirmation. I had reverted back to Zotero v6, but even after this, most addons/plugins are still disabled:

But all of them are enabled and working properly before I upgrade to Zotero v7. That's very strange. How can I at least temporarily enable all addons/plugins?
