Zotero 7 Wont' Open as of 9/20/2024

Hello - I downloaded the 64 bit version of Zotero today. Consequently, I can no longer open the desktop version. On line version remains intact. Please advise.

What exactly is happening?
In any case, you should uninstall Zotero and reinstall from the download page. Your data won't be affected.
If it still won't open, is this is an institutional machine? Are you running any non-standard security software?
