Format for multiple pages in a citation
Is it possible to customize a style so that a citation with page locator "12, 15, 18" would be rendered as "p. 12, p. 15, p. 18"? I tried to read the CSL specification, and got the impression that you couldn't do it, but I might have missed something.
Ideally, it would even combine with ranges, like "12, 15-16, 18" would render as "p. 12, p. 15-16, p. 18".

adamsmithNot possible. I've also never seen this as a.cotation requirement: looks weird (.and unnecessary) to me
