Not able to Add Note in 2.0b7.5

I just upgraded to 2.0b7.5. I am now unable to add notes to an item. I click on the 'Notes' tab, then click the 'add' button. It produces a new note, but the editing window does not show up, and it changes the tab automatically back to 'Info'.

I had the same problem - I shut down Firefox and restarted, and now it's letting me add a note. But the sync wheel won't stop turning. I wonder what it's doing...

I'm having similar problems. Most of the time I can't get the edit window to open. If I shut down Firefox and restart, sometimes I can add notes correctly, but then it won't sync automatically. I have the red exclamation point with the error report.
