Every time I insert a new DOI in the system, even some I already used in the past, it shows an error that says "The document for the specified identifier cannot be located. Please check the identifier and try again." and does not let me enter the DOI.
I double checked: all the DOI I use are correct, and I'm doing the same procedure as always.
