Ich kann in Word kein Zitat im Text erstellen

Hallo,

ich habe eigentlich alles richtig eingestellt in Zotero und Word. Ich kann auch in die Suchleiste, die angezeigt wird wenn man add Citation klickt die jeweilige Zitation suchen und auswählen, sie wird dann nur nicht in den Text eingefügt. Wenn ich vorher Klammern gesetzt habe steht dann da einfach nur Citation drin und wenn ich vorher keine Klammern gesetzt habe, steht da gar nichts. Woran kann das liegen, bzw. wie lässt sich das beheben? Mein Windows ist auf dem neusten Stand und Word Datei liegt auf dem Desktop.

Würde mich über eine Anteort sehr freuen!

    You have to follow the link I posted above and follow the instructions there.

    So I just clicked on "Add Citation" and the only thing that was added to the text was the word citation and nothing else happened. After that, I updated Zotero, because I noticed it didn´t do it by itself. But it still doesn`t work. So whenever I try to insert a citation I can find it in the search bar when I click add citation, but it only writes citation not the actual bibliography.

    Do you also need more info, like which books I tried to cite or anything else?

    Does this happen in a new document? Please describe exactly,, step by step, what you're doing and what happens.

    Yes this problem also occurs in a new document. The problem I have now, is that it won´t even write citation anymore. it just does nothing.

    So step by step:
    I open zotero
    I open word
    both is on my desktop
    then I write a text, I write a bracket and click on "add citation" in word
    So then the search bar appears where I can type in the keyword for the citation it appears but after that nothing gets is inserted into the text or just the word citation also in these special brackets

    What type of onfo do you need, like also with version of windows I am using or the version of zotero?

    Please produce a Debug ID from Zotero. Restart Zotero, only then enable Debug Logging, and attempt to insert a citation into Word, which produces the broken behaviour.
