It worked fine on my thesis, then all of a sudden it's stopped letting me insert citations. I have re-saved the files, I have copy and pasted into new files, I have restarted bot Word and Zotero, I have restarted my laptop. Still will not work!

Any ideas? It's quite urgent I get the citations into my thesis!
