Upgrade Storage"Word could not communicate with Zotero"

I am also having problem. I have Zotero app open and the icons are visible in Word, such as Add/Edit citations. But when I try to use the functions, I get a message that "word could not communicate with Zotero". Can somebody help? I use Zotero a lot, but I am IT dumb.
