Upgrade StorageUnable to reinstall the complement of Zotero in Microsoft Word

Just a few hours ago I was working on a bibliography and citing my thesis and just now the Zotero add-in has been uninstalled from the word processor. I have tried to reinstall it automatically by going to edit > preferences > cite > word processors, and here click on ' Install Microsoft Word add-in', however, a window pops up saying there is an error and maybe I should install it manually.
What should I do? Since I would prefer to reinstall it automatically, I would like to know the origin of the problem all of a sudden and avoid reinstalling it manually.

dstillman Zotero Team@mfresnedoso: Security software on your computer might be preventing Zotero from installing the plugin. If so, other than disabling it, your only option would be to install the plugin manually (and update it manually every time the plugin is updated). See the manual installation instructions.
