I am new to research and managing reference lists. I was trying to upload a reference list made by someone else into endnote so I can change some things, without having to add each reference manually. One site suggested downloading zotero and crossref. I paste the entire list in crossref and zotero imports into its own library. Unfortunately, when I click the zotero chrome extension, it does not open the dialogue box that gives me the option to save the articles. It just shows the image below and then shows an error message underneath a while later. Are there any thoughts on what I can do differently? I am using version 7.0 of zotero and most uptodate chrome. Thanks so much.
