Can you provide a Report ID?

Did this used to work before for you with Zotero 7 Beta? Could you provide a Debug ID for an attempt to cite?

We need a Debug ID. Follow the instructions linked. Did it ever work for you on this computer with Zotero 6 or 7? Does it work if you save your document locally (not on OneDrive)?

We haven't reproduced this ourselves, but there've been some reports with the same error that seemed to be related to the Windows UAC feature:

You can try disabling or changing the level of UAC. If that works for you, let us know what it was set to previously and what you had to change it to to make it work.

@gfliu Make sure you restart your computer after setting EnableLUA to 1 as per instructions in the other thread. Otherwise setting UAC to any level above the lowest one and restarting may also help.
