Upgrade StorageConnector plug-in not working
When I try the zotero connector for both microsoft edge and google chrome, I get the following error message:
An error occurred while saving this item. Try again, and if the issue persists see Getting Help for more information.
I have tried all the suggestions in the Help page, have uninstalled and reinstalled zotero and the connector, and also have restarted my computer. Any advice?

dstillman Zotero TeamWe always need an example URL for problems with saving. If you're having trouble saving across many sites, see Troubleshooting Problems Saving to Zotero, which you haven't done in full.
