What happened to Jungledisk
Hi all,
I've been using Zotero with my Jungledisk account but all of a sudden it will not sync anymore. When I verify the server it says that https://www.myjungledisk.com/MYNAME doesn't exist. I went to that URL and it indeed gave an error. Next, I went to www.myjungledisk.com and was able to login and see my files without any problem.
So does this mean that we need to link to https://www.myjungledisk.com? If I do Zotero asks me if I want to make a folder there which doesn't seem a good idea because I want to connect to my existing folder obviously.
What should I do?
Thanks in advance.

If not, then something changed on their end, and you'd have to figure out what and, if possible, adjust your WebDAV settings accordingly.
(Sorry for starting an alternate thread on the 2.0 forum! Thanks to Dan for pointing me to this one.)
I've contacted JD as well. If I find out anything, I'll let y'all know.
Best,
Lisa
Anyways, they are aware of the problem and are reportedly working on it.
Hope its fixed soon!

Lisa

I have just checked, and zotero works fine with this!

WebDAV has been disabled with the new interface.
They have suggested to setup Zotero to pull from your local WebDav server. Ensure that you have Jungle Disk running on your machine, then go to the Zotero Settings...
http://localhost:2667/<youronlinedisk>/
I've just tried verifying my file storage with the https://legacy.myjungledisk.com as suggested above and its working!
Hooray.
thanks.
Clicking on the Legacy URL brought up the login pop-up box as you described, but my JungleDisk username and password worked.
I don't know if the http://localhost:2667/<youronlinedisk> would work or not. That's just what the JD folks suggested.
Best,
Lisa

It seems to work but I don't know for how long.
The recommended fix from jungle disk is to setup a local disk and sync to that. I don't like it as it means I have to run yet another process on all my computers.
Here is the link to the official fix:

Of course the real fix is to use zotero storage, which will be available "in the near future"
But it might just be going through to make sure all the files are the same rather than actually re-uploading them (in which case it would just count through them quickly).
